Harry P. Kotseas, Esquire
Attorney Kotseas has been in the practice of law for over 35 years and has concentrated primarily in the areas of real estate representation, preparation of wills and settlement of estates. He attended Suffolk University, Boston MA earning it's BSBA degree in 1973 and Suffolk Law School earning his Juris Doctor degree and became a member of the Massachusetts Bar in 1975. Attorney Kotseas is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Worcester County Bar Association, the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts and the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association. Sharon F. LaPointe, Esquire
Attorney LaPointe joined the firm in September, 2009 and has been practicing law since 1990. Her practice concentrates primarily in the area of real estate conveyancing for residential and commercial properties. Sharon is also skilled in the area of trusts and estates, and estate and fiduciary taxation. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree with a major in accounting, graduating magna cum laude from St. Mary-of-the-Woods College. She earned her Juris Doctor degree, graduating in the top ten percent of her class from the University of  Dayton School of Law. Annelle E. Benson, Esquire
Attorney Benson joined the firm in December 2012 and has been practicing law since 1998. Her practice concentrates primarily in the areas of real estate and land use. Annelle is also responsible for overseeing the firm's title abstracting subsidiary, Highland Title & Closings. Angela Yacuzzi
Angela joined the firm in 1990 and in addition to maintaining office procedures, she is responsible for all bookkeeping and assisting with new construction clients. Terry Alexander
Terry joined the firm in March, 1998 and is coordinator of the mortgage department. She is responsible for the mortgage department staff and assisting lenders, buyers, sellers, realtors and attorneys through a successful closing process. Terry has an Associate of Science degree in legal/executive office management. She has over 20 years experience working in both the legal and corporate fields. Christine Kearns

Linda Benson
Linda joined the firm in April, 2000 and works with the real estate department. She is a specialist in short sale negotiation. She has worked in the real estate field since 1984. She has 5 years experience working with a real estate sales office and has over 20 years of experience working for attorneys assisting with the representation of buyers and sellers. Andrea O'Connor
Andrea joined the firm in September, 2012 and works with the real estate department. She works with lenders, buyers, sellers, realtors and attorneys with all aspects of the closing process. Andrea has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Framingham State College. She has over 14 years of experience working with real estate conveyancing. Sharon Kotseas
Sharon has worked part time in matters involving post-closing and final documentation for years. She has expertise in obtaining outstanding title documentation such as mortgage discharges and other documentation necessary to clear defective titles. Cheryl J. Morrill, Esquire
Attorney Morrill joined the firm in May, 2002 and worked with us until her passing on October 25. 2012. Cheryl is sorely missed by all of us.
